Hey there! I’m Kevin and I’m the manager of the Presti Pizza food truck. I’m 23 years old and have a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and foods from Appalachian State University. I have some experience working with pizza from my previous job managing a pizza restaurant here in town. However, I’m ready to move on and further my career in the food industry here with the Presti Pizza crew— bringing pizza to the people!
Jen Trella
Hi! I’m Jen, Paul’s wife of 27 years. I was a healthcare provider for 10 years before we moved with our 3 kids to Wake Forest in 2006 and I became a stay-at-home mom. I have been a church pianist for the past 7 years and I am the baker of the family. I recently switched from pizza taster to pizza maker. Who’s ready to be our new pizza taster?
